Jeremiah's 1st Birthday!!!

Jeremiah celebrated his first birthday today! As we reflect back on the past year, we are amazed at this tremendous blessing the Lord has given us. What an incredible little boy! This past year has been the most exciting of our lives and we can't wait to see what God has in store for our precious child in the years to come. Jeremiah's day care friends and teachers threw him a "Sesame Street" themed party today at day care and he received all kinds of fun presents. He shared cookie cake with his friends and loved the lunch his teachers provided for him, which consisted of chicken nuggets, cheetos, and a juice box, all of which he loved! His new "thing" is drinking from a straw. His little lips pucker up when he uses a straw, which is so adorable to watch. Soon I'll be posting pictures from his birthday party at school and also his BIG birthday party that we will be hosting at our house tomorrow night. We have invited all of our friends and my whole first grade class. We have gotten 101 RSVPs and we are so excited!!! We are praying for nice weather (even though it is supposed to rain)! We also took Jeremiah to PictureMe Portrait Studios (where we have taken him every three months since he was born) this evening to take his "one-year" pics, which we will be posting soon as well. He is loving his little piano toy that we got for him. What a fun day!
